Marsha Thornton brings a tapestry of exepertise to the table, weaving together over 25 years of corporate experience at a Fortune 50 company with her conflict resolution and parliamentary backgrounds to design solutions. Armed with a master's degree in conflict resolution, an MBA, a BBA in Finance, and a certificate in Strategic Leadership, Marsha works with clients to foster collaboration. Ms. Thornton is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian (PRP) with the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) and mediates disputes in Texas.
